I worked out of the same brokerage with Angela for a couple of years when we were both affiliated with Keller Williams. Before getting my real estate license, I had worked extensively in high-level property management positions. When I transitioned to a real estate agent and found myself working with property managers that managed a single-family home here and there I was constantly frustrated. In general, they knew so little about their own profession… but what can you expect? Seriously, I managed portfolios of hundreds to thousands of units at a time and managed many full onsite teams of sales, customer service, accounting, maintenance and management staffs. If you’re managing 25-50 properties you can’t possibly obtain the same skills, knowledge, systems, or have the same resources. Even so I found it frustrating.Then occasionally, I would run into a property manager that stood out. They seemed to have a strong knowledge base, and exhibit skills of customer service along the lines of my prior experience.
Angela was one of those few. She has excellent systems and resources in place to handle her client’s needs. She’s got a wonderful demeanour and is customer service oriented. It was always a pleasure to work with her.
